speeches: repoint retired Bible Gateway cgi-bin links to /passage/
...
The bible.gospelcom.net/cgi-bin/bible?passage= endpoint (an old Bible Gateway
host) now returns 403. Rewrote the 7 scripture links in 'God Is Our King and
True Parent' to the current https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search= form,
which resolves to the same passages. Anchor text (verse references) unchanged.
